Traditional articles are generally modified by using a brush to sketch the painting, after the revised article at a glance. If the electronic draft is modified by ordinary means, it often does not see any traces of modification. To do this, WPS provides review functionality that mimics traditional modifications.

To modify the article, to add a suggestion, simply click on the "Review" menu, with the "Insert Annotation" button to insert comments (Figure 4). If you find that the content of the article error, repeat, missing, need to modify, delete or add, you can use the "revision" button and Drop-down menu, directly to the article changes (Figure 5). The revisions are automatically displayed in red.

Small tips:

For the processing of articles that have been annotated and modified by others, after reading the comments and understanding, you can delete comments through the delete → delete annotation command. For other revisions, you can respond with the Accept or Deny button. The Accept or reject revision buttons have two options to accept or reject the currently selected item or to reject and accept all revisions at once.
