Log on to the oracle Official Website:
Search for "ASMLib" keywords directly on the homepage (case sensitive)
Go to the search page and click the first item:
Find the corresponding version. The following describes how to find the 645.6 64bit Operating System (kernel version: Linux game 2.6.18-238. el5xen)
Find the corresponding system version, because the system is 64-bit, INTEL processor, locked to the following options:
Find lib and support, as shown below:
Find the rpm required for the corresponding kernel, as shown below:
[Root @ game ~] # Uname-
Linux game 2.6.18-238. el5xen #1 SMP Thu Jan13 16:41:45 EST 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Find the kernel version as shown in:
Download the three software packages required by asm as follows:

What Does oracle asm mean? I am not very familiar with it. Which prawns can I explain in detail?
Automatic Storage Management
Automatic Storage Management (ASM) ASM is an outstanding new feature in Oracle Database 10 Gb, it provides services such as file system, logical volume manager, and software RAID in a platform-independent manner. ASM can strip and mirror disks, so as to add or remove disks and automatically balance I/O when the database is loaded to delete "hot spots ". It also supports direct and asynchronous I/O and uses the Oracle Data Manager API introduced in Oracle9i (simplified I/O system call interface ). ASM is not a common file system and can only be used for Oracle data files, redo logs, and control files. Files in ASM can be created and named automatically by the database (by using the Oracle file management feature), or manually created and named by the DBA. Because the operating system cannot access the files stored in ASM, the only way to perform backup and recovery operations on the Database Using ASM files is through the recovery Manager (RMAN ). ASM is implemented as a separate Oracle instance and can be accessed only by other databases at runtime. On Linux, you can use ASM only when you run the OCSSD service (which is installed by default by the General Oracle installer. ASM requires a small amount of memory: 64 MB for most systems. Install ASM on Linux platform. ASM can use the original device or a device managed through the ASMLib interface. For ease of use and performance, we recommend that you use ASMLib on the original device. ASMLib is now available for free download from OTN. This section describes how to use ASMLib to configure a simple ASM instance and build a database that uses ASM for disk storage. Determine the required ASMLib version. ASMLib is provided in a package set consisting of three Linux packages: oracleasmlib-ASM database oracleasm-support-kernel module of the oracleasm-ASM utility used to manage ASMLib each Linux release kit has its own ASMLib package set. In each release kit, Each kernel version has a corresponding oracleasm package.
The above is from Baidu Baike
To put it bluntly, ORACLE does not manage disks through the operating system.
