In Word2013, in order to perform the AutoFormat command, the user can use the combination of key ctrl+alt+k to do the action (refer to the tutorial Word2013 using the ctrl+alt+k combination of keys). In addition, you can add the AutoFormat command to the Quick Access Toolbar, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, and click the file → options button, as shown in Figure 2013080227.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Quick Access Toolbar tab, click the Select command from the Drop-down triangle button, and select the All Commands option in the Drop-down list. Then select the AutoFormat ... option in the command list and click the Add button. Add the AutoFormat ... option to the Customize Quick Access Toolbar command list, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2013080228.

Step 3rd, return to the Word2010 document window where you can see the newly added AutoFormat ... button in the Quick Access Toolbar, as shown in Figure 2013080229.
