How to quickly convert a Word document to a PowerPoint presentation

(1) in the Word 2010 document, click the File button to open the background view, and click the Options button to open the Word Options dialog box.

(2) switch to the Quick Access Toolbar tab, select the command not in Ribbon from the Select command from Drop-down list below, and in the list box below it, choose Send to Microsoft PowerPoint and click the Add button to add it to the right list box.
