How to publish a paper

I recently discovered that my lab's senior colleagues and sisters have not published papers since they graduated, and I think it is very difficult to publish my papers. Maybe it's time for me to do something for my siblings. As an assistant editor for more than three years, he often interacted with various magazines (core or non-core) and found some rules.
There are two kinds of submissions: 1. direct advertising, 2. Online Advertising.
1. direct advertising
You must submit your magazine directly or local magazine. This facilitates registration and reduces the process of editing and downloading from the Internet. Some Careless editors may miss your article. Bring three copies and an electronic copy to the registration. One copy is convenient for editing and sending for reviewing, one copy is reserved for editing, and one copy is used to ask editing which changes are required to express your sincerity in submitting the manuscript. It is best to copy the electronic version with a USB flash drive. There is a copy of the mailbox to prevent accidents. Remember to bring the approval fee. (The format and notes of the paper will be discussed later ).
The current magazine usually has at least three months of review, because it takes three months to send the review to the professors and experts, who are busy people, even if the editors urge dozens of times, it is also possible that you do not need to rush for one year.
2. Online Advertising
For online advertising, do not post an article for editing. In this way, they will think that you have forgotten to be polite. Because the editor receives dozens or even hundreds of submissions every day. :) It is very useful to make such a smiley face. They will think you are friendly and may soon download your paper and contact you. Edit your article without downloading it. This time, due to a problem in our school email system, hundreds of submissions from our editorial departments were lost. Remember to keep your contact information, mobile phone, landline, QQ, address, and zip code... All possible contact information. After the editor contacts you, remember to write down his contact information and send the money according to the editing method. Remember to call frequently to ask what changes you need.
Schools generally do not acknowledge the publication. The addition of core journals is generally considered as a non-core journal processing. Ask the tutor for details. Before the graduate student's reply, if it is a core journal, the recruitment notice is required. If it is not a core journal, see the journal. Under normal circumstances, the arrangement of Core Journals in each issue is very advanced. If you need to contribute, remember to make a contribution six months in advance, because the review is three months ahead of schedule. Unless you have a relationship or your mentor has a relationship, this is an exception. If you invest in a non-core project, you can find a magazine that has a better reputation. In this way, you will not lose face to your mentor, but it will be much easier to publish the article. The review process is generally short because there are not many sources for the article. It can be published in about a month.
Because my magazine is a core journal, if you encounter articles that are not suitable for our journals, we will also recommend them to other journals. However, if there are too many emails, you will not be too lazy to recommend them, because you must do a good job first.

Paper importance

Undergraduates generally feel that they basically do not need to write a paper because most people have not realized the importance of publishing a paper. I am also a very low-awareness person, but I am lucky to have come into contact with this field. Non-core components generally increase by 6 points, and core components generally increase by 8 points. For undergraduates, it is very difficult to write articles with high scientific and technological content. Therefore, it is very good to publish a non-core article. If the scores are acceptable at ordinary times, Bao Yan should have no major problems.
I don't want to talk about the importance of my thesis for graduate students. Everyone should be clear about it.
This paper will also be useful for students who want to become teachers in colleges and universities in the future. It will be used to evaluate the title of chips, the number of core articles, and the number of non-core articles, such as EI and SCI .... the results of the selection will be affected.

Submission procedure

1. Select the journals to be submitted;

2. You can find the address of a journal on the Internet. Alternatively, you can find the address of the editorial department on the back cover or on a non-text page; if you have a guide to contribute to a journal, you 'd better check whether your article meets the requirements. Then print your own article, usually two copies, according to the address, send a registration on OK.
3. Some journals are contributed online. You 'd better check whether the journal has a website or email.
Finally, for scientific papers, there are usually the following parts:
Question, author (in order), unit Chinese abstract, first author introduction, keywords; body; references; English abstract, English keywords, English author introduction.

1. Read abstract,
2. Check the first or second paragraph,
3. Read the first or last sentence of other paragraphs,

5. Looking at those graphs and tables, graphs and tables are the most essential parts of the Article. If charts can be understood, the article is almost the same.

Read the thesis with questions

Third, take notes. It is best to keep detailed notes in one file for later reading. The note should include at least two points, author, Journal/conference name, and content.

Fourth, 1 to more. For newer articles, observe other articles referenced in the articles to see if they are related. For a classic article, see where it is referenced.
