How to refine the character watermark of WPS

in some documents, we often see the author to add a watermark background to display some special information (as shown in the following image), let's take a WPS document as an example to see how this watermark background is made.

One, a new document, into the footer

Click the menu View----> Headers and footers, and then select the footer section (in fact, select the header is also possible).

Second, insert WordArt

When you set a layout, the WordArt can be dragged anywhere in the document. We drag it to the center part of the page and rotate it. The effect is shown in the following illustration.

Set the text content of the WordArt, color, etc.
