APP Store Refund Graphics Tutorial:

Step One: Query order number
To apply for a refund, you first need to know the order number of the application you purchased, and for each purchase, the App Store will generate an order number, so the order number is the key to the refund. It can be queried in itunes.
1. Run and log on to itunes, click on "itunes Store" in turn.
2. Click on the top left corner of your login account, enter the Apple ID and password, and then click "Show Account."

4. Find the order in which you want the refund process to appear in the shopping record, and then click the left small arrow.

Step two: Apply for a refund via the itunes Store technical support
1. Open Apple's itunes support page and apply for a refund on this page.
2. Click "Contact itunes Store Support"
3. Click "Purchase, Billing and redemption"
4. Click on the "Quality of purchased content" in the bottom window
5. Click "E-mail" in the jump page
6. Now finally came to "contact options": Fill in your contact information, and provide detailed information on the reasons you want to refund, point to send.
