1. Click into the Apple Developer community: (Click to enter)
2. Then pull the page to the bottom, click on the lower right corner of the "Register"

If you already have an Apple ID of your own, you can click "Sign in" directly into the landing page (as shown in the following image); If you don't have your own Apple ID, click "Create Apple ID" below.
4. Click "Sign in" to jump to the following page, and then enter your Apple ID and password, continue to click "Sign in"!
5. Then there are common registration notices and exemptions what what ... Do not say much, according to the usual practice, tick, then click Agree, look at the picture:
6. Then came the personal developer information to fill out the page. After completion, continue to click on "Register", the following figure:
7. After you see the end page, show that your Apple ID is also the developer ID at the moment!
If you're still not sure you have a successful Apple developer account, then you can do the following:
1. Open your iphone, go to the Apple Store, search for WWDC, and then download it back.
2. Open the software after downloading, click Maps in the navigation bar below, then click "Sign in" again.
You will be asked to log in to the ID and hint that only the developer ID can be logged in, then you can click "Sign in" to login to your ID, as shown in the following figure:
If successful, you will see the WWDC2014 Congress of the floor plan, at this time you can rest assured, because your Apple ID is also the developer ID!
