The first step through the FOTA firmware upgrade is that the phone needs to be registered with the Samsung Fota server. If the new machine needs to register FOTA, please follow these steps:
Note: It is recommended that you connect to the WLAN for the following actions.
1. When the screen at the top of the notification column has system software update prompts, click on the top of the screen and slide down the top curtain.
2. Click "Software Update".
3. "I accept all the above terms" tick.
4. Select "Confirm".
5. Wait for device registration to complete.
If you are prompted for a failure, it may be a network problem, try again after another period of time or connect to a stable WLAN wireless network.
