How to remove files that are not deleted in Windows

We are in the normal operation of the computer, sometimes encounter want to delete a file, the system is not prompted to delete (Figure 1), in the switch to DOS or in Safe mode although can be deleted, but this operation is a bit troublesome.

Let us consider, in a simple way, a solution to this problem: first, right-click the Recycle Bin icon, choose Properties from the shortcut menu, open the Recycle Bin Properties dialog box, select the Global tab, and set the Recycle Bin maximum space to 0%, as shown in Figure 2. After the confirmation, try to delete just deleted the file, generally on it.
