There is a big difference between inserting page breaks and section breaks in a Word2007 document by dividing the document into two or more parts and having different page settings, which can be deleted if you no longer need a section break, and the method is simple.
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document that has the section break inserted, and then click the Office Button → Word Options button.
Click the Word Options button
Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Display tab, select the Show all formatting marks check box in the Always show these formatting marks on the screen, and click the OK button.
Select the Show all formatting marks check box
Step 3rd, return to the Word2007 document window, select the section break, and press the DELETE key on the keyboard to remove it.
Position the cursor in front of a section break
As we know, when you use a section break in a Word2007 document, you divide the document into sections and have different page settings, and when you delete a section break, the page settings that precede the section break are automatically applied to the page settings following the section break. What, did you learn it?
