How to replace the Firefox version of the Ubuntu system

Note: This case is for the Ubuntu 12.04 bit, download 64-bit compiled installation compression package.

1, first unpack this package:

TAR-JXVF firefox-16.0a1.en-us.linux-x86_64.tar.bz2

2, will unpack the good directory to move to the/usr/lib folder:

sudo mv Firefox/usr/lib/firefox_night

3, into the directory/usr/bin:cd/usr/bin

First remove existing links sudo rm-rf Firefox

4, establish a link:

sudo ln-s/usr/lib/firefox_night/firefox Firefox

If there is currently a Firefox startup, turn off startup, or start directly, switch to nightly version.
