There are no hibernate-related options in the default power options in Win8.
Using ALT+F4 to turn off Windows options seen under the Aero interface, there is no hibernation.
The Win+r Input gpedit.msc command is consistent with Win7.
Then go to the Group Policy interface and select Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, and Windows components.
Then look for Windows Explorer again, in which there is a policy marked in English that shows hibernation in a power option: "Show Hibermate in", and modify it to "enabled" as usual.

Force a refresh of the previous Group Policy settings, win+x Select command Prompt (Administrator).
Enter "Gpupdate/force".
Turn on the power management interface again, and then find the long-lost hibernate option appears.
Tried the hibernate option, but it appears to be entering the reboot screen without hibernation. What's the reason? Is there a device that prevents the attempt to hibernate? Maybe that's why, Win8. The Hibernate option is hidden by default.
If so, check to see which device is preventing hibernation or affecting hibernation.
Continue using Win+x to select command Prompt (Admin) and enter "Powercfg/devicequery wake_armed".
View the device that supports waking computers from hibernation to have one, mouse. Modify it so that it does not wake the computer, Win8 the computer can finally hibernate.
