How to save a PowerPoint presentation as a video file
1. Start PowerPoint 2013 and open the presentation, select the export option in the list on the left side of the File window, select the Create Video option in the middle pane, and click the Internet and DVD button in the right pane. Then select the display resolution of the video in the open list, as shown in Figure 1, based on the purpose.

2. Enter a number in the "Seconds of each slide show" spinner, setting the time for each slide show, as shown in Figure 2.

Attention
If you have a rehearsal timing or narration in your presentation, click the use recorded timings and narration button to select whether to use the recorded timings and narration in the Drop-down list. Also, you can record the narration and add timings to the operation.
3. When you finish setting up click the Create Video button, PowerPoint opens the Save As dialog box, selects where the file is saved and sets the video file name, and selects the Save type for the video file in the Save as Type Drop-down list box, as shown in Figure 3. When you click the Save button to close the Save As dialog box, the presentation is saved in the specified folder in the format of the video file.
