How to save a ppt template

After you make your presentation, follow the "file → Save As" command and open the Save As dialog box

Press the Drop-down button to the right of the "save type" at the bottom, in the Drop-down list that appears, select the presentation design template (*.potx) option, name the template (such as "Sirmar.potx"), and then press the Save button.

Special attention:

After encountering to reload the system, enter the "system disk: Documents and Settingsadministratorapplication Datamicrosofttemplates" folder, which will be saved by the template file ("Sirmar.potx Copied to another place, the system is reload, and then copied to the folder above, you can use the saved template directly.

The Application Data folder is a hidden property that needs to be displayed before it can be manipulated.

How to save other PPT templates:

First open a PPT, as shown in figure:

Click View on the toolbar, see the Drop-down list, click Slide Master, and appear as shown:

Click the file icon, click Save As in the Drop-down menu, and choose Other formats in the pop-up menu, as shown in the following illustration:

Select the storage path, change the file format "pot", and click Save, as shown in the figure:
