How to set a fixed IP address in win8

In win7, I believe everyone will set an IP address. Some users in the win8 system may not know how to set IP addresses in the win8 system. How does win8 system IP address be set differently from win7? In win8, how do I set a fixed IP address? The following is a one-to-one introduction.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Double-click the computer, press ctrl + F1, or click the hidden menu icon in the upper right corner.



2. Click-> Control Panel.



3. Click-> View the network status and task.



4. Click-> Ethernet, select properties, and double-click internet Protocol Version 4.





5. Next we can see the familiar local IP Address Setting interface. Here we select "Use the following IP Address", and then enter the DNS address in the DNS address, the settings here are the same as the local IP settings described in the previous XP system.



Note:

When setting the DNS server address, enter the gateway of the local router.
