In the Word2013 document, you can also set the shape and WordArt styles for shapes and text, in addition to the overall style settings for your SmartArt graphic. Here's how to set a SmartArt shape style, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window and select the shape you want to set the shape style to.
Step 2nd, open the SmartArt Tools/Formatting Ribbon, and select the appropriate shape style in the list of styles in the Shape Styles group, as shown in Figure 2013080921.

Word home Hint: If the user needs a richer SmartArt shape style, such as three-dimensional rotation, bevel, glow, shadow, and so on, you can make more advanced settings by clicking the shape Fill, shape outline, shape effects button, respectively, in the Shape Styles group.
