How to set formatting options when pasting from another program in Word 2013

When you paste text copied from a program other than Word2013 to the Word2013 document, you can set one of the retain source formatting, merge formatting, and text only three paste formats in the Paste from other program option, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, click the file → options command, and so on, as shown in Figure 2013050303.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. In the cut, copy, and paste areas click the paste from other program Drop-down triangle button, select the Keep source formatting, merge formatting, or keep Text Only option, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2013050304.
