How to set the default software for windows 8

Method 1: Select the default program directly through the file

1. The method is simple. Select a file, right-click it, and select "open mode" -- "select default program"

2. If I use "Windows Photo Viewer", click "more" here.

3. The files we set will be opened in "Windows Photo Viewer.

4. Just select other files.

Method 2: set the default program on the control panel

1. Right-click the windows icon and click "control panel" in the pop-up menu"

 

2. Go to the Control Panel and click "program"

 

3. Now let's set the "default program" barrier.

 

4. Click "set default program"

5. If you want to set "Windows Media Player" to default, click "set this program to default" on the right.
