Note:In the hardware version, Ver: n. m = Ver: n.0. For example, if the hardware version of the product is Ver: 4.3, the hardware version is Ver4.0. As shown in the following figure:
V1.0-v2.0 configuration
Topology of TL-WR2041N application
A user using TL-WR2041N for broadband Internet sharing, the need to ensure that the intranet desktop game, video normal application, at the same time ensure that other terminals can normally browse the web page, QQ chat and other basic applications.
The user line is a 4 m adsl line, the uplink bandwidth is 512 Kbps, and the downlink bandwidth is 4096 Kbps. Based on user needs and total bandwidth, the allocation rules are as follows:
Note:: This table is for reference only. The allocation value is subject to the actual situation. In this table, other terminals share the allocated bandwidth.
Allocation principles:Make sure that the sum of the minimum bandwidth does not exceed the total bandwidth.
To meet this requirement, you need to configure a fixed IP address (192.168.1.10 in this example) for the desktop, and other terminals such as computers and mobile phones will automatically obtain the IP address. If you do not know how to manually specify an IP address for your computer, click here for reference:
Note:You must manually specify the IP address, Gateway, DNS, and other parameters for the desktop.
1
Set line parameters
Click
IPBandwidth Control>Control settings, Select the broadband line typeADSLLine.
Enter the total uplink bandwidth
512, enter the total downstream bandwidth4096. ClickSave. As shown in the following figure:
Note:The bandwidth value here is for reference only. In actual application, you need to enter the actual bandwidth value of the bandwidth line.

So far, the IP bandwidth control settings are complete. The desktop can achieve a minimum downstream bandwidth of kbps, while other terminals share a total bandwidth of at least KBps. Various terminals can achieve the corresponding bandwidth requirements.
