In Windows 8, by default, the number of lines displayed on the porcelain sticker is automatically adjusted with the screen resolution. The default value is 4.
So how do we set the maximum number of rows for display porcelain stickers and set the maximum number of rows to 2? 1) Use the Win + R shortcut key to pop up the execution, enter regedit, and press Enter. 2) The Registry Editor is displayed, in the left-side window, find HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ ImmersiveShell \ Grid, right-click the blank window on the right, and select new and DWORD (32) values. 3) Name it Layout_MaximumRowCount. 4) double-click the Edit page and select "decimal" in the base number. Enter the maximum number of rows, for example, two rows, and click "OK. 5) After logging out and logging on again, we can see that there are two rows of porcelain stickers on the Start Screen. Note: In the start interface, set the minimum number of lines to 1 (even if the registry value is set to 0 ), at a resolution of 1366*768, a maximum of four rows can be displayed (even if the registry value is set to 6 ).
