1. Separate directories and bodies

At this point, the subsequent page numbers are automatically generated according to the preceding settings.

If you want to format the page number as "1st page", enter "Number" on the left side of the domain code and "page" on the right side, that is: page {= {page} * 2-1.
If you want to calculate the total number of pages, enter the format of the domain code on the left (or right) of the domain code of the page number, for example, "Total pages of this volume: {= {numpages ", similarly, run the "Switch domain code" command to complete the total number of pages.

Create directory:
First, move the cursor to the place where you want to place the directory, use the "index and directory" command under the "Reference" menu in the "insert" menu (for earlier versions of word, you can directly use the "insert directory" command in the "insert" menu ), after entering, select the "directory" option page in the "index and directory" window. Then, you can insert the directory.
However, this operation requires that you have set the title text to the title in the body (style box tool buttons include the title 1, Title 2, and title) the system can identify and automatically extract directories. Otherwise, if all text styles in your body are text or other styles that are not titles, the system will tell you that "error, directory item not found" cannot be completed.
