How to set the video appearance in PowerPoint 2013

1. Start PowerPoint 2013 and open the presentation, select the slides, click the video button in the Media Group on the Insert tab, and select the "Video on PC" option in the Open list, as shown in Figure 1. The Insert Video File dialog box opens, select the video file you want to insert the slide, and then click the Insert button to insert the selected video into the slide, as shown in Figure 2.

2. Select the inserted video on the slide and drag the control handle on the border to resize the video interface, as shown in Figure 3. On the video Tools-Format tab, in the Video Styles group, click the other button

, select a style option in the open list to apply it to the video, as shown in Figure 4.

3, click the Crop button in the size group of the video Tools-Format tab, and then drag the control handle on the cropping box to crop the video playback window, as shown in Figure 5.
