To Save the Setup method automatically:
Step one, click the tool--> option to select the Word menu bar;
In step two, select "Save" in the pop-up option box, then set the time on the right side of "automatic Save Time Spacing", suggest setting "2" minutes, OK.
Automatic save feature Description: Automatic save function is based on the user from the time the word began to time, the interval to complete the automatic save.
Note: There are many people who understand the error, I think the automatic save in Word can automatically save the contents of the document at intervals, but it is not, this function can only be in abnormal circumstances of the computer (power outages, crashes, etc.) did not save the document, when you start the next Word2003 will be able to restore the content did not save before. Although we have set the "AutoSave" feature, it does not mean that the edited document does not need to be saved. When you exit Word2003 normally, "Do you want to save changes to the document?" dialog box, select "Yes" to save the document, and select "No" to undo it. At this time, the automatic save function can not save you.
So this method can be used in the use of Word2003 when the exception occurs (power outages, crashes, etc.), in order to recover. We still have to follow the normal procedure to save the line. If you want to exit, let Word2003 directly save the document, then you have to continue to look down.
Let word save automatically, exit without saving, will automatically save
Step one, open a already edited Word file, double-click Open, (Note: Remember, do not use the new document).
Step two, execute the tools → macros → record new macros command to open the Record Macro dialog box.
In step three, enter "AutoClose" in the box under "Macro name" and press "OK" by pressing the Drop-down button to the right of the box under "Save the Macro", select the "All Documents (Normal.dot)" option (with the default option, no modification required);
Step IV, the implementation of the "document → save" command;
Step five, repeat the "tools → macros → stop recording" command, complete the recording of the macro;
Step six, after you edit the document, press the "Close" (x) button, or the "file → exit" command: If the old document, will automatically save all the changes you have made, and then normal shutdown Word2003. If you are creating a new document, the Save As dialog box pops up, and no matter if you press the Save or Cancel button, you don't have to save the document to Word2003. Of course, you can shut down or quit Word, but at this point Word2003 will automatically restore the document you did not save (can be restored in the first way), to ensure foolproof.
