How to set the word2013 document as the final version

the steps for setting the word2013 document as a final version are as follows:

Step one: The left mouse button double click on the computer Desktop Word2013 program icon, open it to run. In the Open Word2013 program window, click the "Open other document" option, and then select the location where you want the document to open. As shown in the picture;

Step two: In the Open Word document window, and then click the "File" option button in the upper-left corner. As shown in the picture;

Step three: In the Open File Options window, click the "info"--> "Protect Document"--> "Mark as final" option. As shown in the picture;

Step four: Then in the pop-up "this document will first be marked as final, and then saved." dialog box, click the OK button. As shown in the picture;

Step five: In the pop-up "This document has been marked as final," in the dialog window, click OK again to close the dialog box. As shown in the picture;

Step Six: Finally, we reopen the Word document, and as you can see at the top of the edit window, "the document has been marked as final." As shown in the picture;
