How to set three-dimensional text in PowerPoint 2013
1. Start PowerPoint 2013 and create a new document, when you use a text box to enter text in a slide, select the text box, and on the Drawing Tools tab, in the WordArt Styles group, click the button [picture] to open the Format Shape pane, select the Text Options option, and then click the Text Fill Outline button. Select the Gradient Fill radio button on the Open tab, and then in the preset gradient list, select the preset gradient style to apply to the text, as shown in Figure 1.

2. In the Format Shapes pane, click the Text Effects button to set the three-dimensional effect of the text in the expanded three-dimensional settings column. Here you first select the preset top bevel style, and set the width and height of the top, as shown in Figure 2, and then set the bottom effect of the bevel and set the width and height of the bottom effect, as shown in Figure 3.

3. Set the surface material effects of three-dimensional objects in the material Drop-down list in the Format Shape pane, as shown in Figure 4, and then set the lighting effects for three-dimensional objects, as shown in Figure 5.
