Because Outlook does not have Foxmail settings in many features, such as creating a folder for each account email, Outlook can only achieve this effect through rule policies. So for their own practical application to do a summary:

The first step: Create a folder under the Outlook 2007 Inbox to hold the mail for the corresponding account number, for example, create a 126 folder, and then build two subfolders under the 126 folder, the Inbox and Outbox respectively.

In the main Outlook 2007 window, click tools → rules and alerts, click New rule in the Rules and Alerts window.

Step two: In the next pop-up dialog, under "Start with a template or a blank rule", take a step 1, select "Move the message to the address list to the folder", and click the Personal or distribution list link in step 2. At the sender, fill in the email address (such as viong@126.com) where you want to classify the messages you receive.

Step three: Click the "specify" link in step 2 to select the Inbox folder that we created for 126 mailboxes, such as: 126 file--inbox, then point to the next step;

Fourth step: In step 1, under what conditions do you want to monitor, select Include in the recipient e-mail address, and then in step 2, click on specific words, and in the first box, enter the 126 mailbox that we are going to classify the mail, which is just a sign.

Step Fifth: Select Show Desktop Alerts in step 1 in "How to process this message" to make it easier for us to get a direct view of the messages received in real time, and then click Next

Sixth step: In the "without exception" Step 1: Select the exception (if necessary) do not hook anything, this look at their own needs, and then the next step to complete

The above we are only for 126 of the Mail received in the rules of the set, and then we use a similar method to create the rules of the Outbox policy

The first two steps are similar, and then:
