I learned how to define styles when I was fortunate enough to be involved in 863 projects, which is the first step in writing a report.
But before you define a style, you need to set up a multilevel catalog number, which means that your style can be automatically numbered, which is critical.
The following transfers are from: http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_6721f25c0100nuf0.html
when you set the title, you want the title to be multi-heading and automatically numbered, as follows
1. Xxxxxxxxxxx
1.1 xxxxxxxxxxx
1.2 xxxxxxxxxxx
1.3 xxxxxxxxxxx
2 xxxxxxxxxxx
2.1 xxxxxxxxxxx
2.2 xxxxxxxxxxx
2.2.1 Xxxxxxxxxxx
2.2.2 Xxxxxxxxxxx
2.3 xxxxxxxxxxx
3 xxxxxxxxxxx
3.1 xxxxxxxxxxx
3.2 xxxxxxxxxxx
This requires setting up a multilevel list.
First click on the menu bar "Start and Multilevel list", click on the "Multilevel list" drop-down menu, there is a box, on the right side of the middle (see the big circle in the picture) has a multilevel menu, focusing on the gray character behind the number, marked each level of the style name as shown, and finally click " Define a new multilevel list "
The following interface appears.
Click on the "More" button in the lower left corner to appear as follows, set the coordinates of the number 1234 level and the right "link level to Style", as well as the number, as shown in (with the example of Heading 2), and then click the "OK" button.
After you set Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, and Heading 4, the word interface becomes as follows.
