How to set up a PowerPoint show

Users can use the relevant options in the show Options area to specify how sound files, explanations, or animations will run in a presentation during a show.

In the Set Up Show dialog box, you can set how your presentation will run in the Show Options option area, as shown in the following illustration.

In the Show Options option area, the meanings of each check box are as follows:

"Loop show, press ESC key to terminate" check box: You can play a sound file or animation continuously, the user will set up a good presentation for the cycle show, can be applied to the exhibition venue booth and other occasions, the presentation automatically run and loop. When you finish playing the last slide, you automatically jump to the first slide instead of ending the show until the user presses the ESC key to exit the show state.

Show without narration check box: Show the presentation without playing the embedded narration.

Show without animation check box: Show the presentation without playing the embedded animation.
