How to set up a Windows 8/8.1 system USB flash drive after it pops up?

1. Find "this computer" in win8, right-click it, and click the "device manager" menu to open it, as shown in the following figure.

2. now, go to the "device manager" window of the system, and find "Universal Serial Bus Controller". Right-click the first usb root hub, click "disable" and then disconnect the USB flash drive, as shown in the following figure.

3. if we use the usb flash drive again, we can access the "device manager" in the same way and find the usb root hub used in the forest. Then we can click "enable" to re-enable the usb flash drive.
