Cause 2: The bandwidth account and password are incorrect or case-insensitive.

Solution: enter the correct broadband account and password. Make sure that the password is case sensitive.

Cause 3: when the access method is automatic, the IP address obtained by The WAN port of the router conflicts with the IP address of the LAN port of the router.

Solution: modify the LAN port address of the router.

Cause 4: The network bandwidth operator binds the bandwidth account to the MAC address of the computer.

Solution: Clone the MAC address on a computer that does not connect to the vro and can access the internet normally.

Cause 5: The drive capacity is insufficient due to the long broadband lines in the household.

Solution: change the WAN port speed of the router to 10 Mbit/s full duplex.

 

 

Question 2: What should I do if "not connected" is displayed?

Cause 1: incorrect line connection (the WAN port is not wired or the network cable to be connected to the WAN port is connected to the LAN port by mistake)

Solution: Check whether the two ends of the network cable are connected to the correct port and plug in (after the line is correctly connected, the WAN port indicator on the router should always be on or flashing ).

Cause 2: poor network cable quality or damage

Solution: replace a new network cable (ensure it is good ).

Cause 3: insufficient driver capability

Solution: change the WAN port speed to 10 m full duplex.

 

 

Question 3: "connected" is displayed but cannot access the internet. What should I do?
