Set Column method one:
Step one: Here take word2013 as an example, WPS and so on are similar. Open the Word document and enter the Word document you intend to edit.
Step two: In the document, in order to typesetting the document, select the text that you want to column, click Page Layout here.

Set Column Method Two:
Step one: Use Word2013 to open the document that needs the column, we first look at the effect of setting the column, the following figure.
Step two: Switch to the page Layout tab, perform the "More columns" command in the columns group, and of course, you can also choose the Preset column effect above to achieve the purpose of the columns.
