This article is intended to show you how to set up Firefox, so that Firefox can open the EBS form interface as follows (for users who have installed the JRE locally, you can go directly to step 3):

Step 1: Installing the JRE

EBS often causes a form that is not open due to JRE version problems, so in order to prevent users from installing an inappropriate version of Java, it is recommended that you first uninstall the Java on the system (if there is no problem with the current version, you can not uninstall). Uninstall later, at this time the computer does not have Java, and then use IE browser into the EBS system, click Open a form, wait a moment, ie will pop up a hint to let you install the JRE, click Install, it will go to the system to download the appropriate version of the JRE, I am prompted here to download and install the jre1.6.0_07. If you after the order form, wait for a period of time, has not appeared the download installation prompt for JRE, then please check the Compatibility View settings and site security settings, general, set the site security, Compatibility View can be resolved.

Step 2: Use IE to check if JRE is installed successfully

After installing the JRE, restart IE browser, with IE landing into the EBS, point open Form interface, if it can open normally, ie already support form, at this time the JRE has been installed successfully.

Step 3: Access EBS with Firefox

Using Firefox to access EBS, the form cannot be opened, and a hint like 1 appears:

1 of the hint is not installed jre1.6.0_27 plug-in, but the front is clearly installed, the reason for this hint is that Firefox default is "Disable" the Java plugin, so long as the use of Firefox support Java. The following steps are enabled:
