First step: Set the active partition
In fact, to use the mobile hard disk installed Windows 7, set the method and with the U disk is not the same, do not need to use any software. Plug in the mobile hard drive, set a partition as the boot partition, format to NTFS, and then right click on the computer selection management, in Disk Management to find the need to set the start of the partition letter, right-click, select the partition marked as active partition, and then click Properties, cancel the setting to compress this drive to save hard disk space options.
Step Two: Extract the mirrored file
After you set up the active partition, simply extract the ISO image files of Windows 7 directly to the partition root that you just set up, and then, when the BIOS sets the first boot to USB-HDD, and then insert the removable hard disk at startup, you can automatically detect the installation files in the active partition and start the automatic installation. This is much simpler and faster than using a U disk.
