tplink wdr6500 Wireless Router Setup method
Login to the router's management interface, into the wireless band settings, select Wireless at the same time working in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz band, and then click Save.
Set the wireless network name for the 2.4GHz band
Enter the wireless setup 2.4GHz >> basic settings. Modify the SSID number, which is the wireless network name. Click Save when Setup is complete. You do not need to reboot the router during setup and restart after all wireless parameter settings are complete.
Set the 2.4GHz band wireless password
Go to Wireless settings 2.4GHz >> wireless security settings. Select Wpa-psk/wpa2-psk, fill in no less than 8-bit wireless PSK password. When the settings are complete, click the bottom save button.
Set the wireless network name for the 5GHz band
Enter the wireless setup 5GHz >> basic settings. Modify the SSID number, which is the wireless network name. Click Save when Setup is complete.
Set the 5GHz band wireless password
Go to Wireless settings 5GHz >> wireless security settings. Select Wpa-psk/wpa2-psk, fill in no less than 8-bit wireless PSK password. When the settings are complete, click the bottom save button.
The bottom of the page prompts you to change the wireless settings, take effect after reboot, and click Reboot.
Go to the Restart Router page. Click Reboot router and OK.
The wireless terminal can connect to the modified wireless network until the router restarts and the radio parameters are set successfully.
