How to Set User Permissions to access shared folders and configure local area network users to access Shared Files
Currently, many organizations have their own file servers, and shared files are often set up for access by LAN users. Because shared files on the file server are often intangible assets and trade secrets of the Organization. Therefore, how to protect the security of these shared files has become an important issue in enterprise network management. So how can we implement it?
This document illustrates how to protect the security of shared files through dedicated shared folder management software and operating system user access to shared files.
Of course, if you want to simply set the shared file access permission, you can also use the dedicated shared folder permission setting software. For example, there is a shared to shared folder management software (: http://www.grabsun.com/gxwjjm.html), you can set different users to access the shared folder, you can also set the shared file access password, you can also Disable copying shared files by reading shared files, modifying shared files, deleting shared files, opening shared files, and saving shared files as local files, this greatly protects the security of shared files. As shown in:

You can also install the relevant configurations of the operating system as follows:
Assume that two computers A and B form A LAN. The folders cs of computer A have two shared directories 01 and 02, which must be set on computer.
Select Administrative Tools → Local Security Policy, double-click "Network Access: sharing and security mode of the Local Account", and set "Guest only → identity verification for the local user" by default ", change to "classic> local user to authenticate by yourself" and enter the user name and password to log on to computer. If the network access mode is not changed, // The computer name/guest is unavailable and the user name and password cannot be entered.
If the user name of computer B is not Administrator, do not enable guest of computer A. Otherwise, computer B uses guest to log on to computer A by default, and cannot select A local account to log on to computer.
Select Administrative Tools → Computer Management → local users and groups, right-click the "user" folder in the expanded directory, and select the "new user" command from the shortcut menu.
Open the "new user" dialog box and enter the user name in the "user name" edit box. Deselect the "Change Password Upon next login" check box and click "CREATE.
The new user is left blank in the "password" edit box. Otherwise, the user name and password cannot be used to log on to computer A from computer B.
Expand the "users" folder, right-click the created user, and select "set password" from the shortcut menu, each new user of computer A needs to set the corresponding password, and computer B sometimes cannot log on with A username with A blank password.
Open the "01 → share and security" dialog box, select share this folder → user limit: This option limits the number of users who can access this shared folder at the same time. If it is set to 10, then 11th people cannot access the shared folder.
Switch to the "permission" button and retain the default Everyone user name. All users logging on to computer A have read-only permissions. Click "add.
In the displayed "select user and group" dialog box, click "advanced"> "Search now", and select a user (such as 01) in the "search result" list box ), click "OK"> "OK.
Return to the "01 → share and security" dialog box, and select the added user (such as 01) on the "Permissions" tab ), in the "01 Permissions" list, select the "full control → allow" check box and click "Apply.
Switch to the "Security" tab, click "add" to find and add new users (such as 01) on the "Permissions" tab, and select the "full control> allow" check box, click OK.
Tip: If you only set user permissions on the "Permissions" tab, but not on the "Security" tab, when you access a shared folder through the network, you can only see the shared folder but cannot open it.
Repeat the preceding steps to set the sharing and security permissions for the 02 folder. Folder 02 only has the write and delete permissions for user 02, but has the read-only permission for Everyone users (such as 01.
