How to share a disk drive

How to set up a shared drive in a personal computer to allow other users to access the computers in the network?

Step one: Open My Computer, right-click the letter of the disk drive that you want to share, such as "Local Disk D", and select "Sharing and Security" from the shortcut menu that pops up.

In the network share and security area, select the Share this folder on the Network check box, and if you want someone to change the files in the shared folder over the network, you can select the Allow network users to change my files check box at the same time.

The third step: the "OK" button to complete the F-disk sharing operation. After sharing, a hand is dragged underneath the disk launcher to show the meaning of sharing.
