How to simulate ASM installation Oracle 11g on WINDOWS 7

Environment statement:

WIN7 64-bit

ORACLE 64-bit

Grid Infra 64-bit

Please ensure that the environment has not been installed on the Oracle database or has been completely uninstalled before installing

First step: Create a virtual naked disk

Create a asmdisks directory under D disk

Access to Computer Management-> storage-> Disk Management, select a disk with enough free space, right button-> compressed volume, compressed a space for the creation of a bare disk (preferably 4G, create four bare disks, each 1G, have more space to create a few also line), select the compressed space to create volumes, Choose to hang to the D:\asmdisks directory during the creation process.

Step Two: Install the grid Infra

Select the grid infrastructure for installing and configuring stand-alone servers

Mark the bare disk you just created

Create the first disk group data to store the information (two bare disks are reserved, and the FRA disk group is created)
