Small edit with IE6 download rar file, accidentally will that "open this type of file always ask before" check box removed. Results now download all the RAR compressed files do not prompt to save the dialog box, directly downloaded after the use of WinRAR to open the compression package, and other types of extensions are normal. What should I do about it?

Hey, no! After a lot of small series of attempts, finally found a way to solve this problem.

In the folder Options → file Types tab, select the RAR type, and then click the Advanced button next to it, and then select Confirm Open after download. This way, the default processing of other types of file downloads can be changed by this method.
