How to solve the problem of non-stop printing on Samsung printers

I. Cancelling printing tasks

: The machine does not stop printing. There are multiple cancellation methods. Please click here to query the cancellation task operation based on the machine situation.

1.1 cancel the print task by clicking the machine panel button

: If the print task has just started, you can cancel the print task using this method.

Hold down the stop/clear button on the machine panel for about 30 seconds, restart the printer, and try again.

 

 

1.2 cancel the print task with the printer driver settings

: If you want to cancel the task after printing the machine, you can cancel all the documents in the printer driver settings.

I. Cancel a printing task in WINXP

 

1. Click the Start menu in the lower left corner of the computer and select printer and fax ].

 

 

 

2. Find the printer icon for Samsung SCX-4x21 Series.

 

 

 

3. Right-click the printer icon for Samsung SCX-4x21 Series and choose cancel all documents ].

 

 

 

4. If the preceding operations cannot be canceled, disable the printer power, unplug the USB data cable, and restart the computer.

 

5. After restarting the computer, re-connect the USB data cable, and then open the printer. The print task is automatically deleted.

 

II, Cancel a print task in WIN7

 

1. Click the Start menu in the lower left corner of the computer and select control panel ].

 

 

 

2. Select View Devices and Printers ].

 

 

 

3. Find the printer icon for Samsung SCX-4x21 Series.

 

 

 

4. Right-click the printer icon for Samsung SCX-4x21 Series and choose view what is printing now ].

 

 

 

5. Select cancel all documents in printer in the upper left corner ].

 

 

 

After the above operations are completed, turn off the printer power, unplug the USB data cable, restart the computer, and the printer task is automatically canceled.

1.3 run the input command to cancel the print task

2. In the Run box, enter net stop spooler and click OK to stop the printer service.

3. In the Run box, enter SPOOL and click OK ].

 

 

4. Select the PRINTERS folder.

 

   

 

5. Delete all objects in the PRINTERS file.

 

 

 

6. In the Run box, enter the net start spooler command and click OK to start the printer service.

 

 

 

Note: You must start the printer service before you can use the printer properly. Otherwise, the printer will not work properly.

II. Printing paper color problems

: Machine problems can be determined based on the color of the printed paper.

2.1 keep printing black paper

: If the machine keeps printing black paper and eliminates the problem of toner cartridges, you may need to check the machine.

If the paper printed by the machine is black, check whether the toner cartridges are powdered or not, and whether the original Samsung toner cartridges are used.

2.2 Printing White Paper

: If the machine keeps printing white paper, determine whether the problem is correct based on the WINDOWS self-check page.

You can print the WINDOWS self-check page as follows:

 

1. Click the Start menu in the lower left corner of the computer and select printer and fax. (for WIN7 systems, select Devices and Printers ]).

 

 

 

2. Find the printer icon for Samsung SCX-4x21 Series.

 

 

 

3. Right click the printer icon of [Samsung SCX-4x21 Series], select [Properties] (if it is WIN7 system, select [printer properties ]).

 

 

 

4. In general, select print test page to print the self-check page.

2.2.1 printing WINDOWS self-check page is normal

: If the WINDOWS self-check page is printed normally, it indicates that the machine itself is normal. Please try another file.

: If the replacement of other files is normal, it indicates that the machine is normal. Check the printing software or the printing file.

2.2.1.2 abnormal printing file replacement

If it is not normal to replace other printed files, check whether the background service Print Spooler is enabled.

: If changing other files is abnormal, check whether the background service status is enabled properly.

2.2.2 Printing WINDOWS self-check page abnormal

: If the WINDOWS self-check page is incorrect, we recommend that you reinstall the printer driver.
