Solution: decode the cookie before it is accessed.

Save the cookie and encode it:

Cookie. value = httputility. urlencode ("Shanghai ");

Decode the cookie:
Cookievalue = httputility. urldecode (cookie. value );

 

Note:

The sub-cookie value can be obtained only after the sub-cookie is decoded and then decomposed Based on the % number.
