Symptom: all the color points of the printed file are available.

Analysis and judgment:
1. Check whether the spot color is regular, whether it is a colored spot or a mixed color.
2. Whether to print monochrome and color.
3. Check the usage and environment of the paper.
Regular spots: Check whether the surface of the photosensitive drum is contaminated or damaged. If yes, clean the surface of the toner cartridge with cotton or a soft cloth. If not, replace the toner cartridge.
Irregular spots: a) check the specifications and weight of the paper. We recommend that you use standard printer paper between-80 GB in A4 format. If not, we recommend that you change the paper.
B) check whether the paper is wet and change the dry paper for testing.
C) check whether the machine is located in a region with a high altitude. Use Smartpanel to adjust the altitude. (Smartpanel is a monitoring software that comes with a random CD ).
The operation is as follows: (this operation is an example of a CLP-300 model)
(1) install the Smartpanel software and enable the Smartpanel software.

(2) select printer settings, and select Settings & rarr; altitude adjustment & rarr; flat belt/low/high/medium/high (the models are different and the options are different ), select an appropriate altitude and click apply.
