Drive failure FAQ:
1. Check whether the drive of the optical drive is normal and enabled.
2. Check whether the physical buttons of the optical drive fail.
3. Whether the power supply to the optical drive is normal, and whether the data transmission is normal.
4. The optical drive itself has a mechanical fault and the drive-out gear is worn out.
Note: The early-stage optical drive may not support DMA. You can disable the DMA interface of the optical drive, and cause incompatibility by name.
In earlier versions, the optical drive mode needs to be set in CMOS (generally, the IDE interface is set to "AUTO ")
You can use the following methods to enable an optical drive:
1. Double-click "computer", right-click "dvd rw drive", and click "pop-up" in the pop-up dialog box ";
2. Enable it by pressing the optical drive physical button;
3. Insert an emergency hole into the hard objects such as the loose opening needle or toothpick to enable the optical drive.
