some users, after installing the Android SDK, opened the Android SDK manager download API and always showed "done loading packages" but was slow to move forward. I also have this situation, to share their success in solving this problem.
Method/Step
- To open the setup form, users need to first open the Android SDK manager that has been downloaded, and then click the Tools menu option in the menu bar and then simply select the options option.
- Next, there is a critical step that determines whether the Android package can be successfully downloaded. In the new form, tick the checkbox button that starts with force, then click the "Close" button to close the window and save the above user settings.
- Open Windows Explorer (My Computer, Win7 computer), open the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc folder, and note that System32 is the Drivers folder, not the driver folder.
- The mouse double-clicks the "hosts" file, which is not able to open the file directly with the affiliate application. You need to open the Hosts file by selecting Open with Notepad or another text editing tool in the Open With dialog box that appears, and then clicking OK.
- Then, add the text "#google_android更新 203.208.46.146 dl.google.com 203.208.46.146 dl-ssl.google.com" to the last place in the Notepad form that appears. It is important for the user to note that the intervening spaces and line breaks should be handled with caution.
- Where the "#" after the content is the comment content, not practical, intended to remind users of its settings, similar to the effect of comments. After you enter the text in the previous step, tap file, save (or press the shortcut key Ctrl+s) menu in the form, and then close the window.
- Go back to the Android SDK Manager, select "Packages", "Reload" in the menu bar, then all the Packages will be displayed.
Precautions
- Users can modify the Hosts file before setting the options for the Android SDK Manager, which may take effect immediately, without having to click on "Reload".
- The two-segment text that is added to the hosts file above is a mapping of an address that is automatically converted to 203.208.46.146 when we visit dl.google.com.
