How to solve the slow email search in Outlook 2010/2007

Fault symptom:

Sometimes, when Outlook is used, Instant Search is slow, and no emails can be found in four or five minutes.

In essence, Outlook 2010/2007 is a Windows Search. If the Windows Search index file crashes or is improperly set, Outlook search will inevitably suffer from poor performance.
