How to start the Oracle Database Service and oracle Database in Windows

Sometimes we may encounter database connection failures. Of course, there are many reasons for this problem, one of which is because the database service is not started.

The following describes how to start the Oracle Database Service:

Simple: enter service. msc in the running process and find the OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener and OracleServiceORCL services. Because these two services are started by default, starting these two services is equivalent to starting the Oracle database.
