Sometimes because of improper operation of the Windows Server or VPS Remote Desktop appears blue screen or black screen! For example, you copy a large file from the computer to the server, causing the server to react to it, the next time you log in, the last time this problem occurs, So this time encountered this problem do not rush to let the computer room on duty to restart the machine, because at this time except remote connection is not available, all other applications are unaffected, the site can still open, FTP can still upload download, not an emergency fault.
Solution 1:
Remote Desktop Connection-"options-advanced-" remove "theme" and "Bitmap Caching" options, and then log on to the server
Method of Solution 2:
After a user black screen, use another Admin user login. Then open Task Manager, point users, log off the user link black screen!
Solution 3:
Use the enhanced 3389 Remote Desktop login to try it out and restart the server or VPS with normal login.
Solution 4:
Maximum number of connections exceeded (same can be handled with remote black and blue screen issues):
To run the command line on the local computer:
MSTSC/CONSOLE/V: Your server IP: remote port.
