How to troubleshoot Word 2013 open Word 2010 Document Display compatibility mode problem

The user opens the. docx document created by using Word2013 to open Word2010, which indicates that the currently open Word2010 document may not be able to support all features of Word2013. However, the user can convert the Word2010 document to a Word2013 document through the conversion function, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, use Word2013 to open the Word2010 document, and click the File button.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and click the Convert button on the Info tab, as shown in Figure 2013041603.

Step 3rd, open the Windows prompt box, prompting the user to convert to a Word2013 document, which may result. You can complete the format conversion by clicking the OK button, as shown in Figure 2013041604.
