Problem analysis: From Microsoft's official staff to know, if the mailbox inside a folder of the number of messages into the 5000+, it will be selected to be unable to sync the message, you can open the Outlook diagnostic mode, according to the log to determine the number of messages per folder mailbox:
1, open Outlook 2010, and then click "File"-"Options"
