How do I troubleshoot sound problems with my device under Windows 10 system?

1. Check the Device Manager

    • Open the Start menu, type Device Manager , select and open it from the results that appear. Select and open your sound card under the sound, video, and game Controllers section. Select the Driver column and select Update Driver . If the system does not find a new driver, you can try to find the driver on the ASUS official website.
    • If the above steps are not valid, try reloading the sound card driver: Open Device Manager , right-click the sound card driver, and select Uninstall . Restart your computer and the system will automatically attempt to reload the sound card driver.

2. Check the line, volume

    • Try a different USB interface connection.

3. Set the default device

    • If you connect a sound device via USB or HDMI, you may need to set these devices as default audio devices first.
